With the MyQii app, you can retrieve transaction data from your bank. The retrieved transactions are filtered into categories such as salary, benefits, pension, and supplementary pension. We only share the categories requested by the organization. All other transactions are deleted.
Before you agree to share your data, you can see exactly which bank details you will be sharing.
Step 1
When starting the bank connection, you will first be redirected to the browser on your device. In the browser, you will have the option to select your bank.
Step 2
After selecting your bank, you will be redirected to your bank’s website or app. Here, you log in with your account. Once logged in, you can choose the account(s) you want to connect.
Step 3
Once you have selected the account(s), you must give permission to view and share the transactions. Follow the steps in the process to do this.
Step 4
Once you have approved the request, you will be redirected back to the browser and the transactions will be retrieved. When this process is complete, you will receive a prompt to return to the MyQii app. Important: you must use this prompt to continue in the MyQii app.
Step 5
When you are back in the MyQii app, you will see an overview of the account(s) retrieved so far. Here you can also choose to add more accounts. If extra accounts need to be linked, you can click ‘Yes’ at the bottom and then ‘Add account’ at the bottom of the screen.
Step 6
Before sharing your data, you will see an overview of all the information we have retrieved. You can expand all sections to review the data. Under ‘Bank details’, you can see the accounts that have been added, and for each account, you can click ‘Transactions’ to view the retrieved transactions.
