Why am I unable to update my account?

It’s possible that updating your account in the MyQii app doesn’t work as expected. There may be several reasons for this. Below are some common causes and how to resolve them.

Message: “Update not possible: There is currently a service disruption”

There is a disruption or maintenance affecting one of the government data sources, which prevents updates at this time.

We will remove this message once the disruption is resolved. When this is the case you can see this status on the qii.nl website.

Message: “Update not possible: you have a submission pending from by a co-submitter”

You’ll see this message if one of your submissions is still awaiting action from a co-submitter.


This means there is an open invitation for a co-resident.
Please ask your co-resident to complete their action. Once they do, the message will disappear. If you wish to remove the co-submitter click here.
