If you receive the error message OV-SD-401 while creating your account, follow these steps:
Delete the MyQii app: Remove the app from your device.
Reinstall: Download the app again from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Log in with an existing account: Choose the option to log in with your existing account. Log in with the email address and phone number you used to create your MyQii account.
