Help with Error Code OV-SD-401

If you receive the error message OV-SD-401 while creating your account, follow these steps:

  1. Delete the MyQii app: Remove the app from your device.

  2. Reinstall: Download the app again from the App Store or Google Play Store.

  3. Log in with an existing account: Choose the option to log in with your existing account. Log in with the email address and phone number you used to create your MyQii account.
