It is not possible to add documents directly to your MyQii account. However, sometimes an organisation may need additional documents from you. In that case, they will send a request to upload the necessary files.
You will receive an email listing which documents the organisation would like to receive. Gather all the requested documents and click the ‘Upload’ button at the bottom of the email. You can log in by entering your phone number.
You will then receive an email containing a verification code. After entering the verification code, you will be able to upload the collected documents.
Please note: Make sure to upload all documents at once. It is not possible to use the upload link again after you’ve submitted your documents.
Once submitted, the documents are sent directly to the organisation that requested them. Qii does not have access to view these documents.
